I am a Computer Engineer from Puerto Rico who is very passionate about showing people how to use technology. I started my adventure into tech by wanting to build computers to play video games. This motivated me to study Computer Engineering, which drove me into the question of how can people understand how to use technology. A few internships, projects, struggles, and a lot of work later, I was able to get into the MIT Media Lab, where I did my Master's on wearables and my Ph.D. on technologies to bring an assistant to life that could help people with instructed learning / how to's. I am currently at Apple in the Human Interfaces group, prototyping and applying the principles I learned into intelligence powered interactive experiences.
I am also passionate about photography, cats, and 🥔s  and spend a lot of my free time walking and taking photos.
