About me

I am a Computer Engineer from Puerto Rico who is very passionate about showing people how to use technology. I started my adventure into tech by wanting to build computers to play video games. This motivated me to study Computer Engineering, which drove me into the question of how can people understand how to use technology. A few internships, projects, struggles, and a lot of work later, I was able to get into the MIT Media Lab, where I did my Master’s on wearables and my Ph.D. on technologies to bring an assistant to life that could help people with instructed learning / how to’s. After several years at Apple designing and prototyping intelligence powered interactive experiences, I am currently a Member of Technical Staff at Hypha (Cortex Group), building and evaluating LLM agents that help analysts with commercial real estate covenant compliance.

I am also passionate about photography, cats, and 🥔s and spend a lot of my free time walking and taking photos.
